1 queen sleeper from the Pottery Barn. I’m 6’2” and have slept comfortably in it several times.
1 small childs bed for 18mo to 7 year olds

Front porch enjoys breezes off the lake. Large rear deck with wrap around bench and gas grill, 2 patio tables w/ umbrellas and 8 chairs

Large enclosed fenced back yard with flower garden, cherry, blackberry, and pine trees

Covered back porch to store your bikes and beach toys

Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, glasses and silverware

Dining room has large table that seats 8

Living room includes ceiling fan, 27” TV, VCR, DVD player. Family Video is less than 5 minutes away and rents kids movies FREE

Two full bathrooms (one downstairs and one upstairs) All bedding included please bring your own bath and beach towels

Washer and Dryer off kitchen (We ask that you wash the bedding and make beds before you leave)

Parking for two cars in driveway and additional parking available on the street

Central Air Conditioning or there are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room

Check-In and Payment
Arrive Saturday after 3:00 pm - Departure on the following Saturday 10:30 am
50% deposit due with reservation balance due 30 days prior to arrival
